Nominate your favorite peer for prom royalty.
Nominations are being accepted right now.
Scan a QR code found in the Counselors’ Hallway or on your Senior Instagram Page @drhsclassof22 to send us your nominations.
Nominations close Friday and nominees will be announced at the end of next week.
Open gym for Boys Basketball is Wednesdays and Fridays, from 6:30 to 8:15 pm.
Attention Seniors!
The 2022 graduating class is invited to a fun Grad Night party at Six Flags Amusement Park on June 3.
The trip includes transportation to and from the park, dinner, unlimited rides from 9 pm – 3 am, food in the park and breakfast the next day!
Register by picking up forms from Mrs. Norton’s classroom (Room 226).
Attention Juniors and Seniors
Prom is almost here! Our Junior/Senior Prom is on Saturday, April 30th from 8-11pm at the Renaissance Hotel.
Tickets will be $40 CASH ONLY per person.
Tickets will go on sale during lunch for SENIORS ONLY on April 20th-22nd and then to Juniors and Seniors starting April 25th.
You must have a student ID to buy your ticket.
There are only 700 tickets available, so it’s first come first serve and ticket sales will stop when we are sold out. (Run until 4/15)
If you want to bring a date to Prom who is NOT a Damonte Ranch junior or senior you have to apply for a guest pass.
Guest Pass Applications are available in the Corral.
You cannot buy a ticket for your guest until that pass has been approved, so do NOT wait until the last minute to turn in that guest pass application or the tickets may be sold out.

The Bunny Bell Photo Hunt is on!
There are prizes for first, second and third place!
Media Club has strategically placed small pictures of Mr. Bell wearing bunny ears around the school.
Each day, check in on our Instagram page drhs_mustangmedia for clues as to where to find them.
Take a selfie WITH the pictures of Mr. Bell, save them in your phone, then on Friday during IC, visit the table outside of the library.
The first three people to show the most number of selfies to the Media peeps during IC win prizes.

The Literary Magazine of Damonte Ranch High School is now accepting original submissions until April 30, 2022.
Category submissions include, artwork/photography, song writing, poems, short stories, non-fiction, and plays.
Each category has first, second, and third places.
First place wins $100 gift card, Second place wins $50 gift card, and Third place wins $25 gift card.
For specific questions details see Ms. Hellen in Room 116.
You can find submission forms in every English class!
Attention Seniors
Do you want to be a part of your senior assembly?
Sign up to try out in the office or in room 214 or 226.
Tryouts will be held during lunch in the gym on Thursday, April 14th and Friday, April 15th.
We can’t wait to see how talented the Class of 2022 is. Questions?

Attention Mustangs- we are going to have a “promposal” contest!
Email us your promposal video or pictures to DRHSprom2022@gmail.com by Wednesday, April 20th at 2:30 pm.
We will vote for our favorite via our Instagram page @_damonteranchhs and the winner will be announced on Friday, the 22nd at 2:30pm.
The winner will receive two free prom tickets.
