Attention SENIORS – Do you have a special talent you want to share at our senior assembly?  Tryouts are coming up – sign up in the Main Office.  The dates to tryout are Tuesday, April 30th, Wednesday May 1st, and Thursday May 2nd at lunch.  More information is available when you sign up.

Hello DRHS!

There is an emergency shortage of blood here in Reno

IF you are 16 or older you can sign up to give blood and save 3 lives.  Our final annual blood drive of the school year is on Thursday May 2nd from 8:30 am – 1:30 pm in the mobiles.  To make an appointment scan the QR codes found in the hallways.  Your email confirmation for your appointment is your pass for class.  IF you are 16 then pick up a permission slip from the Main Office or room 226 and bring it the day of the blood drive.

Attention junior and senior girls– do you want to play powder puff flag football?  Come to our first meeting/practice during IC on Monday, April 29th.  If you need an IC pass see Mr. Adkins or Mrs. Norton.

Now through May 10th, you can participate in a student survey that will directly affect the changes and direction of your school’s nutrition programs moving forward.  Simply visit www.StudentVP.com (with passcode: 2024) to take a short survey about current nutrition programs.  Feel free to be honest; the info you provide is anonymous and will allow for breakfast and lunch programs that are more aligned to your tastes and preferences.  Now is the time to have your voice heard!

(Run 4/22-4/26)

That’s all for your morning Announcements.

And remember:  Educate, Impower and Inspire

Have a great day, Damonte!
