Did you pick up an application for National Honor Society? Have you received a teacher recommendation from a student? Don’t forget- all applications and recommendations are due this Friday, May 10th to Mrs. Adkins in Room W154.
Since its national pet month, Our national honors society is fundraising for the nevada humane society here are 3 ways for you to help. First, there are bins in the main hall where you can donate items for the humane society. There are posters all around the school with a qr code telling you what you can donate. Second, every day this week NHS students will be coming around to IC’s asking for cash donations, the class with the most funds raised will get a pizza party next Monday, 5/13! And third there will be a bake sale on Friday, 5/10, where all the proceeds will go to the Humane Society! So, show up and buy some delicious homemade desserts.
Attention NHS members. All hours are due Friday, May 17th. Seniors, please report your 5 hours of community service and 5 hours of peer tutoring to Mr. Adkins and juniors to Mrs. Adkins. Please see Teams for more information if you still need more hours.
All library books are due by Monday, May 20th. If you have a library book checked out, please make sure you turn it in by then. Books that are unreturned are marked lost and a bill for them is sent home. Parents never like that. This is NOT for novels your entire class checked out. This is for books from the library shelves only. Thanks for being on the case!

This just in, yearbooks are about to SELL OUT! If you’ve recently received a notice about buying a book, make sure to place your order NOW on Jostens.com. With under 100 books left, get yours before they’re gone.
We need your feedback! Now through Friday, May 10th, our Nutrition Services Department is seeking your opinion. Only a select number of schools were chosen to participate in the survey, and your feedback will help shape the direction of the nutrition programs moving forward.
